Order Confirmation 
When you place an order online, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. 
If you don’t receive this email, contact Customer Service at service@queensize.co.za
We will confirm availability, with a quotation, through the email address supplied by you.

Quotations are valid for 3 days and your order will be canceled on day 4,
unless arrangements were made. SALE prices expires on the last day of the SALE.

Your shoes will be posted on the following work day after we receive your Proof Of Payment. Once posted, you will receive a notification email with the tracking number.

If your package was shipped via the South African Post Office, you can track your order on their website or the call centre using your tracking number:

Returns 
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please return them in an unworn condition within 7 days after collection. We will be happy to exchange or refund the full cost 
of the shoes. Postage remains for your account.

We do reserve the right to send goods back to you if they are not received in new condition or have been damaged due to insufficient packaging.

Find the Perfect Fit
To ensure that you purchase the correct shoe size, we recommend measuring your feet.

• Stand naturally with one foot on a piece of paper.
• Mark the back of your heel and the tip of your big toe.
• Measure the distance between the marks.
• Use the same method to measure the other foot. One foot may be larger than the other.
• Send us your sole-measurements with your order.
• We will find the closest fit using your measurements.
